Galligan & Manning offers prospective clients a one-hour free initial consultation. In anticipation of the free initial consultation to discuss your estate planning needs, please download the appropriate confidential checklist and questionnaire from the list below. This questionnaire will help us to focus on the issues we need to discuss during our meeting and provides information regarding your estate planning needs that may need to be addressed. Please complete this questionnaire the best you can and bring it with you when we meet. Do not worry about leaving blanks; we can discuss your questions and options during our meeting. Before our meeting you may want to review the information in Basic Considerations in Estate Planning.

     At the end of the initial consultation, you will be quoted a flat fee for the estate plan. You are under no obligation for any payments before or after the free one-hour initial consultation. If you decide to proceed with your estate plan, we will ask for one-half of the fee at that time. The balance of the fee will be due when you sign your documents. We accept personal checks, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards.
